Fixed a great dinner with Jeannine last night....shrimp & scallops over linguine with a wine & butter sauce, garlic bread, and a good chianti classico. For desert it was a decadent cake with coffee and baileys.

Elaine was taken ill last night :-/ She's been in bed all day. We are going the baked Pork Chops with fresh Rosemary , and apple sauce route today , if she's up to it.

Baked ham, mashed potatoes, corn and steamed broccoli with garlic. Oh yeah, hot biscuits too. We always eat pork in some form on New Years day, supposed to bring luck for the year. Oink Oink.
