Bass Resource-Regional Seminars

Featured Replies

I bet guys/gals here could run one heck of a seminar series.  It's tough because we are all spread out, but regionally, it could be a really cool/informative concept.  Just wanted to hear your thought.  There are so many here that I learn from, and I am sure a "seminar" list (of information sessions) would quickly fill up with speakers and information topics.  With all the networking that goes on here. I am sure that this could be a cool reality eventually.

General thoughts?

Come to Pickwick in May. You will have a ball!

;D ;D ;D

I would think it could be a good thing. Especially if it were scheduled during the winter months.

The distance for the road trips is too much for me personally, so unless they make their way closer, then all I can do, is live through all of your cool stories, pics, and videos.  I wish I were closer.

I know the logisitics of putting together these seminars would be tough, I personally would love to see it.  I love bass fishing and learning more about it.

If you ride with someone down on the Roadtrip the cost isn't that much.

Last year all of the Pa guys met up in Harrisburg Bass Pro for a get together and then went to a buffet. Maybe we can do that again this year. If you a seminar though you gotta go on the Roadtrip.

If the seminars had local speakers who fish the local waters, then it would be excellent.

Having guys tell us in general what to fish and how would not be that exciting.

The Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries had a fantastic seminar earlier this year featuring three local pros.  Their information about local bodies of water was outstanding.

Just my two cents.  :)

Local guys talking local tips/tactics and general Bass/fishing topics?  Was just a thought.   ;)

good thought.  I know I would do my best to attend, and to be honest I would be more likely to attend a regional seminar than I would the annual BR roadtrip.  I would like to see something like that in the next few years!

I'm going to the region Catt is in!!!
