IYO what kind of sinkers, hooks, and any other rigging accessories are a must have in any tackle box?  Sorry if it's a stupid question but, I'm curious.

There is no limit to the complexity you can create.

I fish with 4/0 EWG hooks most of the time and 3/0

EWG occasionally. I have 1/8 and 1/4 oz bullet weights.

Nothings mandatory , it's what technique you like to fish with that dictates what hooks and sinkers you will have in your tackle box.
