Happened yersterday morning before daylight. He told me it ran a path about three miles long in the Tulsa area. He has been without power, cable, and internet so if you need him give him a call.

No damage to his home. Large tree limbs were down on his vehicles and his boat. Minor damage thankfully.

Thank God everyone is OK.

Tuff break LM. Sounds like it could have been alot worse. Glad everyone is ok.

Whoa!

I just talked to him earlier this week. Better

give him another call.

He's too old and mean to get hurt by a tornado. Gonna take more than that.

Glad to hear nothing major happened.

I am glad no one was hurt, and no serious damage done.

He's probably out fixing gramitical errors on damaged road signs.

hahahaha

Thank God he and his family were not hurt.   Many others were NOT as lucky.

Thanks for the good wishes everyone. Lucky for us, the tornado was a small one and had lifted off the ground a bit when it hit my neighborhood. Lots of trees mangled but no major damage. Attached are a few pictures of my boat, which had a large branch get tossed onto it.

The boat is parked between the two houses.

Note the branch laying on the boat.  It's about six inches in diameter.  It missed the motor by less than an inch.  Whew!

A closer shot.

A picture from the front of the boat.  It's under there somewhere.

I think my brother was on assignment working at a local hospital during this. Norman OK maybe?

Dang Mike. when you said you had a few limbs down on the boat, cars and house I was thinking twigs maybe. Little more than that. LOL...Glad you and the family are ok.

On a lighter note, I'm pretty sure I have the jackplate located you need. Will call you when I get back from the lake Sunday.

I would love to live in OK. But the tornadoes make it illogical.

You do love those Sooners.

#3 on my list behind UT and WVU.

Quite the camo pattern you have going there Mike, glad you and the wife came out healthy.  Looks like a few widow makers  hanging in the trees.

Were you two home for this?
