As a kid my dad ran a cheese factory for many years, there was nothing better than when he made a batch of string cheese except for when he made it and then smoked it.  Man, those were the days, real cheese and real smoke jobs, not liquid smoke.  Smoked cheddar?  I guess it's time to give it a try.

Glenn have you tried the salmon?  Dont think I want to order 5 lbs of cheese.  ;D  Maybe 3 lbs of salmon and 2 lbs of cheese.
