Blu-Ray , free online gaming. case closed.

PS3's live sucks in my experiences. Very laggy.

PSOnline is absolute junk. Hardware is much more expensive. PS3 does have some really good franchises that are PS only, like Metal Gear and Gran Turismo. But word is that both of those franchises will be on Xbox in the future.

I gave a buddy that already had a PS3 one of my 360's so that we could play MW1 together. He said that both of the MW's look better, run smoother, and have better matchmaking on the Xbox.

I was a hardcore Playstation guy until the PS3 came out. Too dang expensive.

I was kind of thinking the ps3, because it has a blu-ray player, and free internet

But, I was thinking 360 because everybody has one

You can buy an Xbox and a blu ray player for only a little more than the ps3.

If you don't play online I would get a ps3.

Expensive Blu-Ray Player

Crappy online service

Limited Selection of Cool Games

I'll go with the somewhat weaker graphics and great online play with the 360.

PS3 online is absolutely crap.

Its worth the money for XBL if you want to play online alot, and if you want a blu-ray player, they can be had for about 100 bones.

And IMO xbox has more of the games I like, although PS3 has some, xbox has more for me.

Your all mad you bought an HD-DVD player...

IMO

Xbox:

Better Controller

Better games

More people use it

Price

Ps3:

Free internet/online play

Blu ray

graphics

i have an xbox, but i have played many ps3's i might be bias but i love my xbox. although i could go with out having to pay for online play.

I have had two 360's and I've never had an HD-DVD player.

I also know the difference between your and you're, so I think I'm ahead of the curve.

blu-ray player, free online gaming is a pro of ps3.

better online network - xbox

if i didnt hate the xbox controllers so much, id suck it up and pay the yearly subscription cost. ps3 online gaming is pretty bad at times.

Do all the grammar nazis play xbox?

I've got both systems and I prefer the xbox over the ps3.  If i didnt play online I would probably say the ps3 is better.  But like said above the online is choppy with ps3

Have to agree here...

Xbox... Especially since the new ones came out. Had you asked this a year ago, I would have been PS3 all the way.

Plus, you get Gears of War with Xbox... That series is worth a Locust's weight in gold :) :) :)

I've played ps3 online for about two years now and very rarely have issues. I even play MAG which is pretty much flawless.  exclusively an online game. up to 250 players in one match sometimes and its seamless.

Also, I hate PS3 controllers, all playstation controllers for that matter.

The xbox ones fit nice in my hands and I can play for a good long time  8-)

I don't have any issues playing games online. I do like the PS3 controller much more than xbox. I do not think there is way more people with xbox either.

My friends that bought a PS3 have told me that onlince was laggy. And I game online pretty much 80-85% of the time (mainly COD). Plus i hear that some of the PS3 only games, will soon be on the XBOX 360. Also, Kinect is amazing. I played it at a BestBuy and it works like advertised.

Using your game console to play DVDs or Blue Rays disca is the worst investment you can make, blue  ray and DVD players can be bought for a few dollars, a lot less that what it 's going to cost you to replace the laser in your console when it fails.

I like the PS3 better. Online play is slightly better on the 360, but I don't have many issues on the PS3. The Xbox controller is arthritis waiting to happen.

Maybe so, but I think it is cheaper than buying a nice receiver to add more HDMI inputs.

i got both and i love them both

xbox have its pros/cons

ps3 have its pros/cons

it all depends on person's preferences

got it m'kay

Xbox > Ps3 all day.

Ps3 online is free, HORRIBLE INTERNET CONNECTION.

Obviously, the Xbox if you're talking Multiplayer.

Ps3 fans can't get it through their heads, XBL is where its at.  NOT PSN.

Graphics are barely noticeable, as the TV does the work.

;)
