Not seeing pics

Featured Replies

Have a question and I am not sure if it is something that can be solved.  During these slow times at work I am on this forum a lot of the day reading the different posts.  My issue is that I am not able to see any pics people post right in the message body.  I hav no idea that there are even pics in the message.  I also do not see any of the avatars.  I can see them just fine at home, but don't always have enough time to go through the threads at home as I am busy with my 3 kids.  Is there something I need to add to my computer to be able to see the pics or is it something that my company blocked?  I am asking because I am on other forums and I have no issues at all.

Thanks for your help!

Chuck

Most likely, your company has set up a filter

to block pics and videos.

This forum seems to be set up like other forums I am on and you have to be set up through photobucket or some other online photo sharing site.  I can see pics through the other forums here at work, but for some reason, not on this one.  It is weird.  I thought maybe there was a filter through the forum I needed to change.

It's definitely not a forum setting.  It's very common for workplaces to block sharing sites like Photobucket and others.

I thought you have to be loged on to see pics.

If it's just avatar pics and posted pics, but you can see things like the forum buttons and smileys, then your work is blocking those sites that are already mentioned.

If you're not seeing ANY images at all, then it's a different issue.

Do you have any ad blocking software?

Do you have any ad blocking software?

Yes, we have a really good ad blocking software at work.  I guess I will have to wait and see everyone's pics when I am at home.
