The kind of crap I think about in the dead of winter.

depends who i'm with... ;D

if i'm by myself i'd be tempted to just hang over the side of the boat. but i think beaching the boat would be a much more stable option.

I picked other because in all honesty I have done all three depending where I'm at on the lake and who is with me.  WV terrain sometimes prohibits going straight up the bank but if ya gotta go...

I am a stay at home dumper. I will hold it until the last minute, at which point I take any opportunity available.

This thread is going into scary territory but I will play. I honestly never have had to. I will adjust what I eat the day before, and just wait if the need arises. If I really really had to, I guess I would beach it and hoof it into the woods. Our lake is just to dang crowded with families and such in the summer to risk giving someones kids an education they DON'T need.

I ALWAYS have some Charmin in my tackle bag no matter what... Been there, done that. Had to do it off the side of the boat too.

Although If your ever in the woods dropping one, and you turn to see a deer skeleton, just stop fishing and go home. Its horrible fishing JuuJuu.

If you get lucky, you are fishing on a golf course fairway and the boat operator will drop you off to use the very comfortable facilities.

Thank you flooded Kentucky Lake!!

True story, last year.  Was not looking forward to taking a crap in front of Jimzee and PitchinKid. We were fishing a flooded golf course and happened to notice this block building. I took my chances and bolted up the hill.  I was pleasantly surprised to find a toilet with running water and toilet paper. Spent the whole time dodging wasps, but it was better than getting my arse out in front of a rattlesnake in the woods.   ;D

I have had the occasion to have the need for all. DO NOT eat 3 Alarm Wings at Hooters the night before. No amount of beer to wash it down will help. ::)

I picked the portapotty because that would be the best case scenario.  Otherwise beaching the boat would work.

A number of years ago my dad,  cousin and I were on a limited access lake fishing out of my dads 14' boat.  My dad had to go and didn't want to go to shore so he pulls out this stainless steel bowl about twice or more the size of a cereal bowl.  My cousin and I looked at each other and were like "no way".  We told him we weren't going to let him and he got ticked off and got into the very back of the boat (the back bench also went along both sides to make a u w/ a opening in the very back for a gas tank).  He took out the tank and plopped himself back there.  Imagine a overweight bald guy crammed in the gas compartment.  My cousin had his camera and snapped one off.  We laughed hysterically for at least 10 minutes.  You had to be there to fully appreciate the humor.

;D

I had to beach the boat this summer. I parked it on a public beach where I thought there was facilities. There were, but they were locked, made my way into the woods.

I'm a germaphobe. I avoid touching shopping carts, door handles, etc. I would never dump in a portajon.

I bring a mini roll of Charmin. $1 at Target. Dump in the woods.

I don't have a boat. But many of times while Surf Fishing along the beach I've went for a swim in the water to go drop a log. No need for toilet paper if you do it in the water. Kind of dirty if you think about it.... but the fish do it too.

So, Other, you chose "Other" ;D

This is what I was gonna post. Best to jump in the water and let it rip.

When I was a kid, I was in Key Largo swimming in a canal with a friend, and he took a crap in the water. When it floated to the surface, he grabbed it and threw it at me lol. He missed.

Friends like these, huh Gary?

I had to pick other cause when it hits you and hits you hard you have to take the first available option.

I remember one time as a kid my Dad took me and my brother to a friend's pond to do some bluegill fishing when it hit him. We had driven over there in my Dad's jeep that had a 350 with a blower on it and he tried to make it home in time but as fast as that jeep was it just wasn't fast enough. Me and my brother still laugh about asking my Dad why he changed shorts and him having to tell us why.

Tokyo Tony that is hilarious and reminds me of some of my friends.

I've never had to do this while on a boat, but I have been on a boat with a guy who decided that he couldn't make it to the shore line. I just kept fishing and tried to pretend that it wasn't happening. But we laughed for a good hour before we started catching fish, and still do to this day. I've had to a few times while deer hunting though, and it is never a clean job when in the woods.

In my line of work (field service mechanic) I have been trained to be creative when it comes to this. After 10 years of utilizing 5 gallon buckets in the back of my work truck (way more sanitary than any outhouse or public john), beaching the kayak and scooting into the woods is no big deal.

It pays to pay attention to dry ground.

There are some lakes where it just isn't possible to go ashore.  Saw a guy almost get stranded at Guntersville last year.  I ended up having to make a five mile run to get to facilities due to the lack of good beaching ground.

On my home lake, I've got a few spots where doing the deed is pretty easy.  One spot in particular has a nice log in a perfect spot.  It's only negative is that it is rather open during the spring.  At night it is perfect.

Oh boy that reminds me of a story... Me and my friends were out in the neighbrohood woods back in like the 3rd or 4th grade or something. My friend stomped on a plastic bottle of urine and the thing exploded and got all over me. I RAN home and flopped in the bathtub and ran the water. I was sooooo grossed out. I still am....
