Went out for the first time salwater. Chartered a boat had a great time caught 2 strippers and a blue. Caught the 2 strippers at the same time. I'll try an get pictures up soon. The double strippers were a 35lber and a 20lber. What a fight.

Still trying to get picks up. There on my father-in laws camera but he's coming over tonight so might have them up tonight or tomorrow hopefully.

The 2nd pic is the big one. Just over 35lbs. The first is the 2 together big one is in my right hand. Just so you have an idea I'm 5'8" 200lbs.

Ya i'm gonna bread it with some butter an lemon wrap in tinfoil and throw it on the grill. Anyone got any other suggestions i got enough for a few meals.

spray some no stick spray on your foil and then put the fish on, season it with salt, pepper, old bay, and rosemary. add plenty of lemon juice and lay it on the grill. i wouldn't bread it.

Ya they were bled to keep the meat fresh. I didn't want to post the bloody pics but it was all i had.

They make great Fish Tacos..the stripers that is.. :)

Try baking the striper using the salt encrusted technique. Google it and you'll have no problems.
