I would take his tourney record any day.

I particularly like his attitude toward one type of setup (ie same reel, action, rod, etc).

That's fine for Rick Clunn, but not for everyone.

I have used this golf analogy before:

Tiger Woods would beat anyone outside the

professional tour playing with a 7 iron only!

That doesn't make it the right choice for most

golfers.

What I know about Rick Clunn, is that on one of his segments, he told us to either put a cushion or fold one of our legs under us when driving the boat. I put a cushion under my butt the very next trip. OMG, what a difference on my knees and back. Thank you Rick Clunn!
