Quality jigs

Featured Replies

Is the Strike King hook on thier jigs strong? In other words, does the point bend easy like cheaper hooks?

What brand jig has a real sharp and strong hook that remains that way?

I make custom jigs with a blk nkl Gamakatsu round bend hook. They don't get sharper or better than that. www.micromunchtackle.com

If you order some of Craig's jigs, pick up a couple of bags of his El Gordo tubes, too. You will not be disappointed.

Strike King jigs= JUNK, the hooks bend, rust, and dull easy. The paint flakes off the jig heads too easy as well.

For a good mass produced name brand jig, buy a Booyah, I fish them almost exclusivly now and have no complaints. The BPS Stacey King jigs are pretty good too.

I've used the SK Denny Brauer Pro Model and the Bitsy Bug for a long time and never had any problems, a lot of fish on them.
