Hey Guys,

I found your post by looking for searching West Tennessee Bass clubs in the Internet, and found this thread...

My name is Mike Akridge, I am an avid bass fisherman, an FLW member and a member of an FLW/FBF/TBF club here in Florida...

I will be up near Memphis on Business all of next week, and REALLY want to hit the water a few times in the afternoons if at all possible.

I will be staying just outside the gate at Millington, I understand fishing is not cheap, so I will pay for the gas/ice/drinks, and once I know if someone would be willing to take me out, I will puchase my fishing license, so we are legal... PLEASE someone PM me and I will sen you my Cell #!

Thanks!

Mike A!

Hey ive been lookin for a club to get into in the memphis area i cant pm yet but can u email me info

You may find this hard to believe but the same thought has crossed my mind over this past year. I live in Millington and fish TWRA lakes quite often.

I will give you a ring.

I recognized your church affiliation at the bottom of your post, Shelby Forest Baptist. Is that where you attend? I know a few people who attend there.

I would be interested.  I don't live to far from all of these lakes.

So did anybody get this going???

I doubt it, but here 's another offer:

If you have a boat or a friend with one, I'll meet you below

the Pickwick Dam sometime in October or November and put

on a clinic for anyone interested in catching trophy smallmouth.

Let me know who cares and we will set a date.

If you guys have the time to go it's definitely worth it! Roadwarrior and I met up there last year and had a great time. I caught my PB 5.5 smallmouth!  You will learn a lot. Kent's a great guy and hopefully we will get to do some fishing together again this fall.

That sounds great.....I have a small boat.
