I bank fished this evening and caught a 2 3/4 LB on my first cast.  A few minutes later I got a 3 LB'r and about 15 minutes later I got this 6 1/2. Ended up catching about 12 fish but these three were the nicest.

It was getting pretty cool down here too.  I was getting goose bumps as the sun went down cause it dropped to the low 70's.  After I caught her I raised my rod to north and said " this one is for all you norherners"..  Hoped it helped a little.

I'd say it was a "darn good day." Glad you had plenty of success. Gorgeous bass!

Thanks, we appreciate that ;D.

I actually don't mind the winter and actually like the things that go along with it.  I enjoy reading you southern guys' post throughout the winter and it really recharges my batteries.  By  the time spring comes around, I am ready to hit it full charge.  But this month of February is always REALLY tough and looonnngggggg. :-[

Great fish! Looks like it was a good day. Alot better than I did yesterday. Only caught one pickeral.

Oh yeah, had to drill through 8 inches of ice to catch it.  ::) ;D

I use a zoom speed craw, watermelon.  I go through 1 bag almost every trip.  They tear easy.

Beautiful Florida Bass young man!  Brings back some memories of when I use to live there.
