got her on a Lake Fork Tackle 6" crawdad(watermelon seed w/red fleck) was in about 2-3 feet of water where the sand stone bottom turns into the dreaded oklahoma red clay.

very nice! Ive had a lot of success with the watermelon/red flake crawdads.  Awesome first fish of the year!

You killed it? Good job!!! ::)

No I didn't kill it.  She still lives needs to make more big ones just like her.

I've been seeing fish like that in my sleep for a few months now.

I caught my first fish the 5th of january lol, and i live in Pennslyvania.   ;D ;) i had one day in january where i got onto a school of them and caught 25 lol

Yeah, i'm going to have to bring the jon boat back up to school after spring break.  The river is pretty high right now from all of the rain, but it should be back down after break.
