Yamamoto sale at Dick's

Featured Replies

Got a call from a friend of mine that works at Dick's sporting goods today.  He let me know that starting tomorrow (Saturday) all Yamamoto plastics are going to be 30% off.  They so rarely go on sale he had to let me know- I'm going to be getting some Flappin hogs for sure.

Just thought I'd pass this along.

AWWWW GEEEZZZZ!!!!!!

I've never purchased any yamamoto baits cuz of the price!

but now they're on sale!

Now i can finally appease the bait monkey!

Be sure to buy enough so you can use the coupon below!

$10 off $25 Purchase (Opens a .pdf file)

A "deal" website, Slickdeals, has this coupon.  Download and print in color. Saves you $10 off of a $25 purchase.

I went by my local Dick's to take advantage of the sale last night.  I had to restock on Flappin Hogs and Senkos.

The black w/ blue flake Flappin hog is now my #1 bait on a carolina rig.  I love pitching the pumpkin seed one t-rigged around laydowns and submerged trees.

I go through so many Flappin hogs 'cuz the dang things catch fish!  My favorite lure by far...can't put it down.  :)

My local Dick's has the crappiest tackle selection, but I took advantage of the sale and coupon that was posted to buy some Senkos, which is all the Yamamoto baits they had. I purchased 12 bags of Senkos for $30, or roughly $2.50 a bag. I went through the line with 6 bags, which came up to $15, and told her I had another coupon, and asked if I needed to come back on a different date to use it. "No" the cashier said. "I just can't scan 2 coupons for the same transaction. Go grab what you want." Great deal...print out that coupon!

Unfortunately the Dick's in Memphis has a pitiful fishing department and the Yamamoto selection is tiny: 5" Senkos and Swimming Senkos only. Nothing for me, just a wasted trip. I will never shop there again.

p.s. They were not on sale, either!

:)

You know RW I was up in NY at the local Dick's and their fishing department wasn't all that good either but, my local Dick's here in Pittsburgh has great selection. It's still no BPS or cabela's  ;D

Went to one of the Dick's here in Minneapolis yesterday.  They had no sale on Yamamoto or much of anything else yesterday. :'(

The closest dicks I have is about 5 to 8 hours away.

Now I'm feeling sorry for my self.  :-/

Thats odd that they don't do the same sale across the company.  Maybe they just do them by region.  That sucks RW!

The one near me has 3, 4, and 5 inch senkos, the shakey head style pro-senko, double tail grubs, and they just recently started carrying flappin hogs.  I wish they'd carry the fat ika and 6 inch senkos, then I'd be happy.

The Dick's here in Niles, IL has a great selection, but no sale.

Must be by store or region. Or a cruel hoax.
