Monster Day in Delray....

Featured Replies

Went to the old golf course again, things have been heating up in those GC ponds.  Well it was a good idea to go fishing this evening.  It started off slow, but as soon as the sun started to set it was crazy I tell you.  I caught a 5lber and a few casts later got one close to 7 lbs, then a few minutes later another one over 5lbs, and to finish off the evening I got one more just about 5lbs.  What a evening all of these pigs were caught within 45 minutes of each other.  Probably one of the best 5 fish totals I have ever had. (24 or 25lbs)  We caught 25 or so fish, but all the big ones were caught right before dark.  I am still shaking two days later, gonna be hard to beat this outing.  Heres pics of the big ones in the order they were caught.

In the third picture, it looks like you were staring down the fish!  What were you saying to it?  "Where's yo' mama?" :)

Awesome catch!  They just don't often get that big around here!  Are they feeding on golf balls?
