I am still so stoked about it, I hooked and landed a 23.5 inch largemouth, girth was roughly 17, never good at doing that. But what I can do is read a scale, 8.9 lbs. Come on isn't that close enough to nine to count? I did take a pic with my cell phone but have no idea how to load it. Replica mount here I come. I released her quickly.

Hey, 8.9 is 8.9, not 9...  BUT, I'd say it'd be safe to call it 9 when you brag about it to all your friends and anyone else who'll listen!  Congrats, that's awesome.

7 ounces short. you should had someone take a pic for you while he+s on the scale and have the person clip out some of its tail so you could hold pull down on it to make it 9. lol just kidding but congrats on pb. love to see pic hurry up and figure it out if have net on phone maybe just send to your email if not try another ones phone i have the black berry so i can just load off comp or quickly send to myspace thats how i do my pics when using phone instead of cam. congrats again by the way how much was the one in your avatar??

the avatar pic is probably the best example of why you can't trust a picture to tell you how much a fish weighs. 5lbs, but most who see the pic guess a lot more. BTW my scale is a spring, divided between the pounds by five slots, the "needle" was squarely between the fifth mark and the 9, so 8.9 or 8lbs 14.4 ounces. sorry for the confusion so used to recording in tenths for my log.  Better avatar pic
