What's the best way to use a sweet beaver???

I use the the DBL wide beavers with 1oz weight for flipping and also on a carolina rig.

I texas rig them. 1/8 to 1/4 oz  bullet weight in the winter and 1/4 to 1/2 oz bullet weight in the summer for a faster fall.

T-rig or weightless.

So many inappropriate responses...can't choose one or commit to one that is worth being banned over...

oh well, I'll just leave it be.  

420 size as a jig trailer works for me.

My favorite way is weightless on a 3/0 or 4/0 straight shank hook.  I prefer to Split the claw flaps in the front.

This is one of those baits that have any number of ways to fish them. Many have been answered here. Use your imagination and experiment.

I use the Double Wide as a trailer on a 1/2 oz jig.
