Predict Your '08 Hawg (and Beyond)

Featured Replies

I obviously stole this idea from Fish Chris and his post last year.  KU's "Results" thread made me look for a post on '08 predictions and didn't find one, so I thought I would start one.  I added the "Beyond" part to see what your "lifetime" goal is.

'08 Goal (or Prediction)

Smallmouth: 6lb.+

Largemouth: 7lb. +

Muskie: 45in.+

Lifetime Goals (or Hopefully Predictions)

Smallmouth: 7lb.+

Largemouth: 10lb.+

Muskie: 50in+

I still want to break the Toledo Bend record of 15.32 lbs but if I can match or exceed 2007s 11 Double Digit bass I would be quite happy.

In '08 I want to catch a largemouth over 6 lbs, and to catch my first smallie.

Life Goals: 10 lb+ largemouth

            6 lb+ smallie

I would like a 7-8lb largemouth (Florida here I come)

To actually catch a Smallmouth

Life:

A 15+ Largemouth

A 6+ Smallmouth

A 5+ Spot

I am going to get a 14+ this year come hell or high water.

There will also be a smallmouth bass over 7lbs.

Another 5 fish sack over 40lbs would be fine too.

First of all I hope I can fish a lot more in '08 than I did in '07.

In '08 I need to break the 7 lbs mark.  I haven't done that in 3 seasons now.  I would also like to break my PB Smallmouth, which really shouldn't be too hard.

Lifetime:

- I would like to catch a 10lbs bass in my home-state

- Break my PB

I'm going to catch an 8 plus this year.

I am shooting for a new PB at Guntersville this year. 7+ lbs will do nicely!

Since it's only Jan 7 and I already have a 6.5 lber I'm going to aim high this year.

Break my LMB PB of 10-8, 2 over 12 will do nicely.

Striper over 20 lbs

5 fish limit over 25 lbs

SM-Not really a big smallie guy.

LM-Break the 10 mark. I have a 9 lb 11 oz already. 5 more ounces!

I'd like a NorthEastern 8 or a Californian 15.  3 more weeks and I get to cast again!! :)

i would like a massachusetts 8 pound largemouth or a 6 pound smallie.

but a 10 pound largemouth would be SICK

I am hoping one over 8, one other over 7, and 5 over 6.  I had 4 over 6 last year and my PB is 7-12.  Although now I am living in the area I fish the most so my numbers should go up.

2008:

LM - 8+ (It WILL happen, i'm not happy about where my pb was caught!)

SM - 4+

Life:

LM - A TEENER

SM - 7+
