The greatest annoyance here in Korea is something you've probably never had to deal with in the states.  Fishing nets!  The waters here are covered with fishing nets and I lose more tackle in those things than everything else combined.  The nets are anchored down with ropes that stretch out for several yards under the water and you obviously can't see them, but a crank bait finds them very easily and there is no way on earth to get them out short of going diving.  And the nets are EVERYWHERE!  I probably lose about three rigs per outing on average to fishing nets.  Very frustrating!

I have no boat so I am stuck fishing from the bank.  What really drives me crazy is people who make a lot of noise, or kids (including my own) who throw rocks and sticks into the water.

Weather conditions only bother me to the extent that I am unable to fish - ie winds higher than say 30mph, too much for my spall boat - but I down frown upon wind too much - I agree with the other folk that it is a bit annoying when it changes direction frequently.

The worst summer heat in aug-sep here in Alabama - killer heat and humidity - for me the heat and humidity I can stand, but the sun hitting you all day relentlessly is pretty tough - I have decided that this next summer I am gonna do two thinngs: 1) use an umbrella attached to my chair perhaps or 2) just go night fishing for bass and striper during that 1-2 months.

I dont mind the cold weather as much down here - last winter it was a cold winter with temps frequently in the 30's for longer than usual stretches, and even some snow brrrrrrrr - I still will go fishing, and I still will prefer this to that scorching relentless sun as I can put on a slew of clothes, hand warmers, propane heater, to stay warm, but jeez that heat is tough at certain times 

really I get kinda psyched with a a decent stiff wind and rain - somehow my fishing always turns on in these conditions.

Oh, but rain and near freezing, that is nearly intollerable for me I think - that may be the worst come to think of it - 41 degrees and raining - RETREAT

For both quality & quantity now through March is absolutely my favorite time to be on the Bend but you had better plan on rain and temperatures in low 40s.

Wind does suck, but in the worst cases, I can usually find somewhere where the water is being shielded from the wind by trees.  It's steady/heavy rain I hate.  It's miserable to fish in (especially when it's cold) and when I get home, I have to empty out all the compartments in my boat to dry everything.  If there is a chance of it raining all day, I don't go fishing.
