Do you renew online or do you get yours at any number of places (tackle store, wally world, etc.)

I like renewing online. I wonder if all states have the option ?

I have the Virginia lifetime fresh and saltwater fishing license.

I used to go to Tackle Express in Richmond each year but got tired of trying to remember so I broke down and got a lifetime license.

Fine and court charges in Virginia are about $150 if caught without your license.

What is the fine in your state?  :'(

;)

I wish New Jersey had a lifetime option, as of now they don't.

I'm looking at our Fish and Wildlife booklet. They don't list any fines, but it does say two game law violations within a five year period is a minimum of two year loss of license.

I know here our game wardens have the same authority as a police officer. I have not seen a game warden for over twenty years. Doesn't mean they're not out there.

I buy my local at WallyWorld and my Wisconsin on line or at BPS on the WI-IL border.

I think in New Jersey if you catch so many dead bodies or shopping carts you qualify for some sort of a fishing license.

Better check it out.  :D   :D   :D

Yeah, we have a "Dead Mobster Trophy Program" in effect here. Just wheel 'em in to the local game office in a shopping cart to have 'em weighed and certified ;D Still looking for Jimmy Hoffa....

I go online usually. ;)

We call them floaters in Chicago. Only rather than mobsters ours tend to be the homeless or suicides. Mobsters are the ones who run the state.

Are shopping carts considered 'cover' or 'structure' ?

I get mine from Walmart or Meijers. Which ever store I happen to be in. Usually it's Meijers.

Tennessee has an on-line system - but they charge a couple bucks extra for the on-line license. So, I get mine at WallyWorld. The wife and I make a "town run" at least once a week and WalMart is always one of the stops so it's no trouble. New license time is coming up too...

Old farts don't need a license in Florida.

Old farts don't need a license in Florida.

Ha,same way here in Mississippi.....although it'll be 13 more years till I reach that much of the ole fart stage, meanwhile I'll use my lifetime license while on public water. "e license and boat registration" are available ,along with in store purchase here.

I just reupped on mine at the local bait shop.  Florida Resident Salt/Freshwater combo with a Snook permit came to $43.50.

WalMart all the way. Least until I get my lifetime license after I get back my tax refund.  :)

I like to get mine at WalMart because it gives me a chance to add more equipment to my ever growing arsenal of a tackle box. ;)
