Hey everyone! I'm Alan. I'm a younger angler still in high shcool, and hoping of becoming a competitive fisherman one day. I have been fishing for around 6yrs now, and know the ins and outs of fishing pretty well. (not your average garden noob) ;D haha

I fish mostly the James, Swift Creek, and the Appomattox.

Welcome!  I live in Virginia, too.  I fish some of the James east of Richmond, and the Chickahominy, as well as lakes further east.   Virginia is a great place to live and fish!

Welcome Alan!

Having another guy from Virginia is always great.

There are bass clubs for yutes so let me know if you are interested in joining any.

Now, be sure to tell us of your favorite baits and secret places to fish on the James and Appomattox.   ;D   ;D   ;D

Also, can you take us onto Swift Creek from one of the private neighborhood ramps and not the one by Sunday Park restaurant?

Sam,

Yeah man VA is a great place to fish. Idk about getting you onto private docks though. I dont have to many connections. I'm working on it though.

I usually fishing w/ a few of my buddies on their boat or canoe.

I will let others in on a little secret. The Lost Ponds is a KILLER place to fish. You just gotta find it.  ;)
