Hello from Virginia Jim

Featured Replies

Just wanted to introduce myself to the board! I've been reading the forum for awhile now and decided it was time to make better use of it with questions that I often have regarding this fine sport.

I started fishing (mostly freshwater) when I was a kid and just recently got back into it. I find myself 'hooked' and am having difficulty concentrating on other past hobbies like golf etc.

Looks like I'm in very good company! I like the overall tone of the forum and the helpful insights by people that are obviously just as addicted as I am. I'm looking forward to many hours of education.

Thanks for the opportunities.

Jim

Wonderful you are with us.

And where do you live in Virginia?

We are all here to help you become a better fisherman so be sure to post your queries.

Thanks for all the welcomes!

Sam, I live in northern Va. (Lorton/Fairfax Station area to be exact).

I fish Huntsman, Mercer, the Occoquan, Fountainhead, Burke Lake (grudgingly) and any other smaller ponds I can find wher there may be that trophy bass as yet uncaught!

I'll be posting questions hopefully on all the appropriate forums very soon.

Can't wait for the dogwoods to bloom!
