Hey guys, i'm new to this forum, i live in Orocovis, Puerto Rico pretty much the center of Puerto Rico and it's country side in this part. There are two man made lakes here one border with Ciales, PR called Lago El Guineo "banana lake" an the other is called Lago Matrulla. I'm here in the forum to get some pointers on Bass fishing since there are Florida Largemouth and Peacock Bass here. Feel free to pitch some poiters towards me i've only been fishing for about a year now so, I NEED MUCH HELP!!!!

Thanks a lot to all of you that have welcomed me, I've just been learning a lot and can't wait to go fishing!

Welcome to BR!

Manny, thanks for welcoming me to the site. I don't think I can be much help as I have so much to learn myself. So far in my limited tournament experience, I've just been an entry fee donor. Still love it though, and have confidence that will change soon. If you haven't tried it yet, check out the jointed shad rap (JSR-7) in silver shad. It's rattling-suspending and easy to cast a mile. Wish I had it last year.

Manny i have been searching for more information on bass fishing there.  I will be moving to Puerto Rico in March and I'm looking for a bass club.  I have a 05 Skeeter TZX 190 with a 150 on it and was wanting to know if I can put it on the lakes there.  Any information would be good.
