My biggest smallie was last year. A 7lb-6oz beauty.

THAT is a big fat smallie! Wow nice fish! My first and largest is in my avatar, measured at 19 inches, est 4.2lbs. This thread is makin me wanna head down to the river!

My first Lake Erie smally also my PB at 4lb 8oz! I do most my smally fishin in the river since I dont have a boat! My best river is 3lb 4oz no pic though =(

Lake Erie - the big water ones fight the best.

I only have been there a few times but the big smallies are great.

Broke my PB 2 times this year...first with a 5-14 which is the first pic, and then a 6-6 that I forgot my camera for. Looking forward to the fall, when the big girls start to bite again! I need a 7+ to get a replica done!

My 9 yr olds PB 4.3lbs caught on an ultra light dropshot rig with 6lb line.  Northern Michigans Lake Avalon.  9 minutes until it was in the boat.
