I don't recall ever doing ANYTHING for that long at one time, except breathing. For God's sake, even after 12 hours of fishing I'm ready to pack it in. What the %#@$ could you possibly talk about for 16 hours ?

Ok I guess I must have missed that. From what I get the train company don't like people talking on there phone. Then why would they put chargers on the trains. Maybe I guess I don't understand that. Its that or its one of them oxymoron things.

Probably a perk for the riders so their phone would be charged when they got to their destination.
