Maybe like 2 or 3. It's hard to tell cause it's not in contrast to something you can compare it to.

I would say 2-2.5.

It's pretty hard to tell though.

I agree with the above estimates, but if you're in a pinch like that and don't have a scale or measuring tape, take a piece of fishing line and measure the length and girth, cut both pieces at the measurements you took, stuff the 2 pieces of fishing line in your pocket and take them home to measure. L x L x G/1200 will give you a close estimate.

Nice fish BTW! ;)

Does that L x L x G/1200 actually work? I just tried it out on several fish i caught earlier this year and it was no wheres near what my digital rapala scale said. For instance it said my 4lb 10oz (on the scale) 19 1/4 Length 12 1/4 Girth Large mouth weighs around 3.7 3.8 Lbs.

There's really nothing in the pic to reference it's size to. But it doesn't have the jawline of a fish that's 4+. So somewhere between 1-3

Big enough for a scale, not big enough to brag about. ;)

Agree, but gotta say personal catching history dictates in some people's mind what is scale, photo or brag worthy.
