I found a shoebox full of these at a yardsale for $2 a piece and bought them all.

I see they go for a lot on ebay, my question is are they any good or do people just like them because they are discontinued?

I used them quite a bit when they first came out. I've caught a total of one largemouth and a 33" tiger musky on them and that's all. Maybe someone else has had better luck. My suggestion, put them up on Ebay if they're selling for a decent price.

I had pretty decent luck with the smaller ones, still have a few of them. They have a similar action to a shad rap but with a bigger profile. I'd try a couple and see if you like them and if you don't then just sell them.

I personally have never had that good of luck with them. $10 to $20 on Ebay....I'd be selling. At $2 a piece you got an excellent deal.

I´ve done well with the Risto Rap, they don´t want the Shad Rap, they don´t want the Fat Rap, the Risto does the job, it has the intermediate wobble between both: got a big bunch of them in several sizes, found them on clearance @ 1.99 ea and stacked up real good.

I know the walleye guys love them.
