Do You Use Beads Often

How often do you use beads? I threw a tungsten force bead under a tungsten 1/4oz weight yesterday and I think it made all the diffrence I could hear it clicking on the bottom in 10fow and I think it contributed to a lot of my bites because I had the same craw on a diffrent pole with no bead and didn't get bit at all with it. So do you use beads often ansd if so do u use glass, tungsten, or plastic?

I occasionally throw Brass-n-Glass with a craw worm during the winter ;)

I like to use glass beads on a t-rig, especially a ribbon tail worm. Something about the way I work them that seems to work well with beads. With crawfish baits, I'm usually just dropping them, a couple hops, and next hole. I don't seem to need a rattle or clicking to get bit. Sounds backwards, I know, but that's just what I do.

I use glass beads all the time on a carolina rig & with any creature bait I use on a texas rig. With a worm it depends on the water color.

Faceted cut clear glass beads.

Use them on Carolina rigs and when throwing trick worms when I want the worm to go a little deeper. I will use plastic red beads when throwing trick worms.

Try matching the glass beads with brass weights on Carolina rigs for a totally different sound. ;)

I'll sometimes add a flourescent orange bead between my bullet weight and hook on my Texas rigs. It seems really effective at times. Should I use glass beads though? Or does it make much of a difference?

Different sound when compared to plastic beads. ;)
