Canada: May-October

New Zealand: October-April

You'd hardly ever see a snowflake. New Zealand's worst environmental problem are too many white tails and red deer.

Brazil

Argentina

Phillipines

Canada...no brainer. Deer, fish, freezing weather :)

Now that´s a question with not an easy answer, okie dokie, I live in Mexico but Mexico like the US has a lot to offer mainly in the warm freshwater department, bass, gar, catfish, crappie, bluegills, macabil, rainbow bass, mayan cichlid; in the cold water department we´re pretty much screwed, there´s rainbow trout and that´s about it. Saltwater, there´s a bunch of species there. But consider other possibilities:

Canada: Pike, musky, grayling, trout, salmon, walleye, sauger

Australia: Barramundi, fresh water stingray

Africa: Tiger fish, several species of cats and Nile Perch

SouthAmerica: man there´s not only Peacock bass, lots of species of cats, payara, arowana and more.

South East Asia: Freswater stingray, snakeheads.

So hard to choose, the best would be to travel and fish them all. ;)

New Zealand, abundant Chinook salmon, brown and rainbow trout.
