Trouble Opening Forums

Featured Replies

Glenn,

I'm having trouble opening up any forum. It is not consistant but from time to time I'm told that Bass Resource is not available. This is just a FYI.

Everything on this end checks out, and nobody else is reporting problems. It sounds like there's an issue somewhere between you and the site.

Every thing works fine, like anything it takes a little time to get used to it, visually the new forum is great to my eye.

I used to be able to get into the forums at work, but I haven't been able to this past week. I don't know what's up.

I hate to say, but clear your cache and reboot. It resolves 99% of the issues.

I have an odd glitch that pops up now and then. For some reason, when I start typing a reply, it will occasionally be in italics. Have to click on the italic Icon to switch back to the vertical font.

You probably accidentally fat fingered Ctrl-I. It happens often when typing "I" since the Ctrl button is just below.

If i try to use my Google Chrome browser I can't log in and have issues also. But using Internet Explorer it works. This may be your issues also?

We don't support Chrome (yet), so that might be the issue. We support IE, Firefox, and Safari, which covers nearly 90% of all our visitors. In addition, we're completely WW3 compliant. So when the Chrome developers tighten up their standards, more sites will work in it, including ours.
