These are some hair jigs I just finished for a local angler, they are all done with bucktail and a little bit of flah except for the last one which is straight rabbit. Sorry for the poor pics, anyway, let me know what you think.

Krystal Flash smalljaw? Looks sweet. There is something about a little Krystal Flash that just does something to a bait. I love a little on teaser tails for topwaters.

Smalljaw,
I like all the jigs. However the one that's got the bunny strip is my fav. When in water it looks like a real leach. Job well done.

Those heads have a barb and I usually keep a barb on them unless someone want them cut off. For myself I cut the barb off as I very seldom use a trailer on a hair jig, if I want a little more action I usually make one with a zonker strip tied on that acts like a tail or trailer to give it a little more action.

Nice jigs, smalljaw!

Nothin' wrong with the pictures, except I want to go get a hammer and pound down that nail in the upper left of the pics. :eyebrows:

There are no magic lures and the fish don't care how much you paid for your gear.

How did you get the rabbit hair to flare out like that on the bunny leech jig? I've tied bucktail and/or marabou with a rabbit strip trailer, but I like the looks of that. Actually, they all look good. Your wraps are much cleaner than mine.

The early spring largies and smallies here would tear them up. Nice job!
