Need opinions on light inshore baitcaster
If you're going after redfish, snook and baby tarpon the tranx 200 is fine. If larger tarpon, or big snook, might need to go up a size or 2. I have no experience with the 13.

Heavy spinning rod recommendation for heavy grass
If you like spinning gear, stick with it. Falcon makes a good 7' heavy in most of their lines. I have the Bucoo. Really nice rod.

Can't find this anywhere
Mobasser might be right. It was definitely made by either Johnson or Betts, because it was a type of beetle spin. I still have 2 in green and white frog color...over 35 years later. They haven't been made in decades and I'd be shocked if you could find any old stock, especially since bluegills would peck the tails off quite often.

Kayak rack compatible with tonneau cover
Anyone have suggestions for a truck bed kayak rack system that works with a tonneau cover? If so feel free to include specific covers it is compatible with and any other accessories needed. I've done some research already but very few sites tell all I need to know.

I saw a few nutria at the OBX this past summer. I guess it was just a matter of time until they spread north.

Fishermen caught cheating at Ohio tournament sentenced to 10 days
Most red drum tournaments are by length...that allows you to measure over slot fish then release. There are a few exceptions you see on tv sometimes, the ones that copy the bass weigh in format. Those are in the minority. Also, worth mentioning this same thing happened (weights in fish) a few years ago on a pretty serious bass circuit, I think in Texas. Well documented many places, including here, I think. So no, this isn't just a walleye thing. Just one more reason I stopped tournament fishing.

Palm Coast (Hammock Dunes) Bank Fishing Recommendations
I looked into this a couple years ago but the trip got scrapped. https://www.flaglercounty.gov/departments/parks-recreation Find the link for parks brochure, and then find the names on page 2. You'll have to google them individually, but a few of them have parks with very large and nice fishing piers. This is all inshore saltwater though, so be aware. But saltwater game fish fight way better than bass anyway. If I were there, I wouldn't even give the bass a 2nd thought.

What was the name of the member on here, from WV I'm pretty sure, who was an expert on bigfoot creatures? He provided most of the information in my all time favorite thread on this sits.

Potomac river
There are several that don't have official names, my friends and I use our own made up names for them. A few that do have real names...searching the web for spots where previous BASS or FLW events were won should yield some names. But honestly, within the next few weeks you should be able to scope them while cruising

Falls Lake NC
Falls has big fish, but can be tough in warmer months and gets a lot of pressure relative to its size. Personally I would rather go there in early spring or fall

Potomac river
Start by learning how to fish the grass in the creeks. Once you've had success and feel like you've figured out some of the nuance, then hit main river grass. Sounds oversimplified and obvious I'm sure, but it's basically building blocks. And remember, the fish aren't always on main river grass in summer. The most popular creeks off the Potomac are popular for a reason.
