shooting the same hole at 500 yards with a .223 is very impressive.

almost sounds like the barrel has been overheated.

should be a good stick. if i were buying the rod id be looking for a hefty reel to strap to the thing to help with balance.

if i had any say in the issue minimum security prisoners would work at state lakes 40 hours a week.

i agree with all this sept when the boat was made. an older boat that been taken care of is a much better option over a newer boat thats been abused.

The same thing happened to a 17 acre pond I know of. It looked like ice floating on the lake in the summer. I couldnt imagine one live fish in the thing. Today it is a very good numbers pond. There might be hope yet.

i think you might be comparing two different type of boats.

im really a fan of brushing grease into the gears. it might be a waste of time but in my mind i can feel a difference.

i feeeeeel your pain. love them or hate them, this is why i buy all my rods at BPS.

IMO $4,000 is way out of line. i paid $3,500 for a 150 hp 18' tracker tourney, and had a few to choose from in the $4,000 range. the value of the boat really is in the outboard motor. i do think the boat w/motor could go for as much as $1,000.

the back of the boat 90% of the time has the best graphics in his lap.

the back of the boat is a huge advantage IMO.

i agree with this whole post. that said, no matter what you kill, if its done within the law and youre using what you harvest i say post pics. i love a good, legal harvest. fish/hunt on.
