  1. hard to say. youll have to decide if the reel is worth the cost to have it serviced.
  2. im a HUGE fan of silver/blue in any color water. Rapala Risto Rap and Fat Rap to be exact.
  3. we fished there thursday and it was hard. 10 or so dinks and one ok fish. i did break off my leader on a hook set so ill just assume it was another 7 lbs fish. we were popping jigs through the weeds. going to Hillsdale in the morning.
  4. you know, even though its a long shot you could compare drinking/driving to boating/life jackets. if a family member of this forum died in part due to not wearing their PFD, wouldnt it be common courtesy to not be disrespectful? karma is a funny thing...
  5. 2 years ago i videotaped myself fishing. now i set the hook with my whole upper body, not my arms.
  6. cheap $20 rod and on of my old Revo SX reels.
  7. yes. if i still had mine id find a Daiwa TDX-103 and strap on it.
  8. id go to Miami more but the gravel roads keep me away. tonight is the all night fishing at kill creek, the place has a great night bite.
  9. i like the rods. but know the rods are nothing more than the "status quo".
  10. to me its odd no one is picking Falcon.
  11. I tend to shy away from the hype rods and stick to the oldies but goodies
  12. I only fish what is popular at the time.
  13. we should all be chasing post spawn fatties anyway.
  14. depends, seems like i spent $1,000 rebuilding mine.
  15. lots to read on this rod. i like them personally.
  16. leave your crankbait rods at home.
  17. i hit Cedar today. the crankbait bite isnt there but the Carolina Rigged creature bait bite was consistent, plus 27 crappie.
  18. are you referring the the lack of money in your wallet due to it costing over $100 a pop to fill that thing up?.............heh i had a V-8 Explorer that got 17 MPG pulling the boat and did it well. lots of options though...
  19. big enough to warrant a nice digital scale.
  20. i dont think so. kyle rarely "moves" other drivers out of the way like sr. did. Juan IMO drives more like sr. than jr. and kyle put together.
  21. it sure does. its at the very back of the place.
  22. blue/black or red/black. i give up the red/black once the water is over the mid 60's. when rehabing i used to walk the lake in the late winter, early spring. the place has huge reddish craw daddys. there are many fish over 6 lbs in that lake.
  23. water is super dirty and the bass are not spawning yet. if you bass fish jigs/plastics produced the best.
