big enough to warrant a nice digital scale.

Pictures are near impossible to judge from! 4-6 pond range. Nice fish regardless a 20 dollar scale is worth every penny. ;)

It is hard to judge with nothing to compare it to. Might be 4lbs, might be 8lbs depending on how you hold it. I've got pictures of me holding 2lb fish way out to the camera and they look like 5lb fish (I always delete those and never try to pretend they really were 5 pounders ;) ) Like others said, buy a scale, it's a very worthy investment.

I'd call it an 8 pounder since you look like you go about 6'6" and 245 yourself. (Nearly all my friends catch 8 pounders when I'm not around to see them do it.) :)

I have one.

I forgot to bring it that day though.

I got a Boga Grip. :)

When you put your pants on in the morning grab your boga grip & hook it into a belt loop. Handy way to keep it nearby but out of your way when fishing. Nice fish!
