I agree. I watched it this weekend and thought it was...well....very gangsterish. I love movies like this, and to think it was based from true events. I also watched 30 days of night. Pretty freaky vampire movie about Americas northern most town in Alaska that for one month of the year gets no sunlight.

Can't forget the Sriracha. Cant eat my ramen without it. ;D

I get the "eat something" comments all the time from my friends. Im 24, 5'9" and weigh a buck forty. I've gained about ten pounds this winter, but Im sure I will lose it again in the spring and summer. I had a friend who was like me, started to work out and after about 8 months was huge. He got me on the No Xplod and mass XXX weight gainer. I gave up after about two months like I always do after seeing no results. Now Im back to my old self, crushing double cheeseburgers and sweet rolls with nothing to show for it. ;D

I have used the patches as well and had great results. Even after having slipped an had a smoke, the cravings just weren't what they used to be.

Its not going to get any easier if your still counting the days and hours. Try to put it out of your mind as much as possible and take it one day at a time. We're rooting for ya Frog.
