Quick and healthy...Tilapia ( fresh or frozen filets from Sams Club ) fresh lemon...fresh dill...season. 350 degrees till flakes. Awesome!!! Great protein and good fats.

First of all if you are trying to put on weight focus on squats, deadlifts, and other leg builders. This is key in putting on size. This is the most grueling in the gym but the results are worth it. Im only 175 lbs but before I started lifting I was 155...about 2 years ago. And more important...consume at least 135g of protein every day ( 1g per lb of body weight ). This can be hard, but if you REALLY wanna get big you can do it...chicken breast, tuna, salmon, lean beef, protein shakes etc. Muscle Milk ready to drink shakes are awesome. And try to stick to complex carbs...NO WHITE BREAD. And plenty of rest, thats when you grow most. PM me if you have anymore ?s...my best friend is a personal trainer and pro power lifter and taught me alot.

Hey if its available in your area Comcast has The Outdoor Channel which is really good...mostly hunting shows but real good ones, but also alot of bass fishing.

RW's right...for starters I had a book years ago I think it was called The Bass Fishermans Bible. I didnt know how to bass so I bought that and it taught me the basics and got me "hooked" Some of the most pertinent info for me was learned in that book.

Some of you Im sure will disagree with me, but I think if the sport had more people like Ike and Ish it might open doors to a bigger more diverse audience, remember its now " Urban America ". I know alot of people who know absolutely nothing about bass fishing but know who Ike is and now show interest in the sport.

Do yourself a favor and buy a used Honda. And even though Daiwoo's Buy One Get One offer sounds tempting, stay away!! I have a 2001 Honda Civic I bought used and a 1999 Nissan Altima I bought new and they both run PERFECT. For $12k you can get a great Honda. My wifes aunt and uncle also bought a brand new Santa Fe...regrets!!

RW...UFC is bigger than boxing ever was, even in Ali's day...according to stats. Every pay per view UFC event outsells the last. Tickets for the Liddell Couture fight were scalping for over $10K. I grew up a TRUE boxing fan and even boxed myself for several years...then I got tired of seeing 12 round boring fights with lopsided decisions at the end. Than UFC came...I use to rent every UFC vhs tape from blockbuster more than 10 years ago. This sport is awesome, and thanks to The Ultimate Fighter tv show its popularity has soared in the last couple years. One word though if you decide to check it out...not for the weak at heart. And Pride is even more gruesome.
