Trailor hooks?
I bought some at lunch today. Gama hooks 2/0. How do you put them on with the tubing? I guess you take the eye of the trailor hook and hook it to the home hook but where does the tubing go? Does anybody have any pictures or explainations? Thanks in advance.

Trailor hooks?
I didn't want to hijack the Chatterbait thread so I will ask this question here. I have heard more and more people talk about trailor hooks, even saw Mr. Dance using one on his show. My question is, are there special trailor hooks that should be used, do you attach them directly to the home hook and last do you put plastics on both or just the home hook or just the trailor hook? Thanks!

Spro Dawg 100
Bringing to the top instead of reposting. I heard these things are pretty good to water lures, anybody have them or use them? Thanks in advance.

No Boat. No Shad. What do YOU look for
Our local pond has many weedbeds 10-15' out from the shore. I wacky rig a worm weightless and weedless hook. I throw over the weedbed and jig right back to the edge of the bed. Very good success witht his. Maybe give it a try, good luck!

chatterbaits
I have never needed a trailer hook after I sharpen the hook. Sometimes right out of the box you may need to sharpen the hook on all Chatterbaits. Good luck!!

Channel Cat
I appreciate your reply. I always have a set of pliers handy. I will use your advice. I wanted to make sure because there is a good possibility I will catch one this weekend. Its not that I don't want to catch one, I just never fish for them. Thanks again, good luck and good fishing to you.

Channel Cat
I will be fishing this weekend and have a chance to catch a catfish. I hope I don't but there is a possibility, anyway if I hook one was is the easiset and safiest way to unhook them. Do I have to worry about getting stung or do they have teeth. I have never caught one before and I want to be prepared. Thanks in advance for all your replies.

Chatterbaits at night?
If this is true, I retract my statement made above. I just felt a hint of sarcasm based on the fact of Senko popularity and ease to fish. I go fishing to catch fish not to clean lures, so if it works I use it. Good luck to Bruce and his lures. PUP

Chatterbaits at night?
A senko and a chatterbait. Let me start off by saying. WOW!!! that being said," way to keep an open mind tacklebox." brent Great Sarcasm from a guy trying to sell lures.

braided line question
Bringing this back to the top. Any more information between Stren Super braid and pro power braid, maybe which is better. Also, I will be putting this on a Baitcaster, should this baitcaster have the MH rod or the Med rod @6'6". Thanks for any more info to this topic, I am a little confused about lining up with braid.

Chatterbaits at night?
I like to use them anytime, I know this may get some replies (good and bad) but this is my favorite bait next to Senko's. Good luck!

I want to love the Blade Dancer but it doesn't catch fish.

Top Water Lures
Have you ever tried the wounded Zara Spook. I was givin one and haven't used it yet.

The absolut worst ever
Very dissapointed in the Abu Garcia closed face reel. I bought it for my wife to learn and she has used it twice and now its in the bottom of the lake. > The line got all twisted inside and when I tried to fix it the line broke inside of the reel......and I got mad. It almost went as far as she could cast it. I will have to say the worst lure for catching fish is the Blade dancer. I love the way it swims but thats all it does.

hd tv's plasma vs projection
If you can afford a higher end Plasma (Pioneer Elite) I would go with it. I am very happy with the one I purchase and the picture has a lot more fine tunings then the lower priced ones. If you can't I would look into the Sharp Aquos, thes are very nice LCD's with a great picture as well. I am not a fan of the projection because of many other problems you can have (I know, have had projection and they always want to fix it rather then replace it) with the many parts involved. This is just my opinion but I spent a good 2 months researching and found the Elite to be the best for the $.

Interchanging tackle?
I have been fishing for about 3 months and I have a question regarding tackle change. I was wondering if you could tie a 12"-16" fishing line to a T-rigged worm and the other end has a loop tie. In this case I could switch it out if I want to go to another lure. Would this affect the motion of the worm or would this presentation detract fish? I have trouble tying lures or worms on so I like to use a swivel and clasp. Also, if you think this may work, how can I make a strong loop to attach to the swivel? Again, I appreciate any help. You have helped me out tremendously; I have been reading through the forum for about a month and learning a lot. THANKS!
