  1. I am just happy I made the top ten. Matt congrats on a nice hawg, I think it's going to be tough to beat.
  2. Nitroman, It was an NHBA tournament, Charlie logs in as NHBA Charlie. I have PM'ed you the link to their website. Ron
  3. I lke the tracker boat also and have planted the bug in my wife's ear that I may need to upgrade around January 2009. If I do I will be purchasing mine from BPS in Baltimore, MD.
  4. I can't offer any help but good luck on your project and to the forum.
  5. Good luck, a couple of things, make eye contact when speaking to the person that interviews you and ask questions about the company. Do some research on the company so you walk in with some knowledge of what they do.
  6. Nice job, it looks like you will put together one nice bag for the tournament.
  7. Congrats on the new PB, that is one sweet looking bass.
  8. That is awesome that you did that. I have some great memories fishing with my grandfather.

Nice hawg, I would say it is an easy 8lbs.
  10. I hear you, I have experienced the same type of behavior there. There are a lot of people that should not be on the water. I will be glad when the phase in the boater safety class, I already took it last June and have my certificate with me in my boat at all times.
  11. Nice write up RoadWarrior. My fishing improveddramtically once I learned how to fish plastics. They always produce for me.
  12. Congrats to Tyson nice hawg.
  13. Vekol, Nitroman & Paul, you guys should try fishing the grass in Mattawoman Creek. The bite is pretty consistant there so long as you are cool fishing the heavy grass. We have always had good luck fishing the grass, we start a couple hours before the high tide and stay until a couple hours after high tide. Send me a PM if you want some information on the creek.

  16. Your welcome, I am always willing to help when I can.
  17. I believe that NHBA Charlie can assist you. If I am not mistaken it is the club he belongs to.
  18. The gas purchase is for a period of 3 years at 12,000 miles per year. Most people will use the gas in 2 years or less. Chysler would really have to go down fast for people not to able to cash in on this.
  19. We haven't been to Lake Anna in a while, we need to go back there soon. We are heading out on the Potomac River this weekend.
  20. I agree with JCrzy4Bass you guys are being ridiculous about the secret locations. Part of the problem is a location Jay kept to himself was told to everyone by a member of this forum and that person actually was pretty rude about it. Since then Jay and I have shared information only to see that others no longer share information in return. If that didn't happen to Jay I would most likely feel different about this. But the bottom line is the Southeast section has changed for the worse. Members from NOVA are bragging about fish and then not giving up locations (lake and pond names). Also if people don't want to share information, it is a two way street. If member wants to hold it against me or bad mouth me so be it, you won't hurt my feelings. I am more than confident in my ability to catch fish any time at any location. The pressure does not scare me. That is my last comment on this, I am really disappointed in quite a few of you due to the attitudes I am seeing displayed in reference to this secret location garbage.
  21. Nice catch Paul. I agree with secret spots (locations on lakes, ponds or rivers) but not the body of water if it is accessible to the public. Sure there was an occasional thread before about secret bodies of water but now it has become the norm. I am more than glad to share information with others who share information.
  22. Good Luck Triton9 go catch a good bag.
  23. This is only for people who by cars up until June 2, 2008. You are only talking about a gas promotion for cars that are sold between May2, 2008 and June 2, 2008. There will be less than 150,000 cars sold by them during that one month. Toyota just set a new record this moth selling 165,000 cars to over take General Motors.
  24. Guys I am disappointed that some of you are choosing to keep silent about where you are fishing all the time. It is really to bad that some of you have chosen this pratice because it means you have no intention of helping others become better bass anglers, what a shame. I thought this forum was here to help each other become better bass anglers. When I first joined the forum I was pretty happy to find so many great NOVA members willing to share information about fishing. I guess a lot has changed since I became a member.
