Mascoma Lake is in the small town of Enfield, NH. Yes, there is shore fishing. The best spot is off the bridge at the middle of the lake, and the second best spot is the boat ramp near the dam. It's worth a trip, there are 5lb Largemouth pulled out quite frequently, you just need to know where to fish. If you have any more questions regarding mascoma lake hit me up.

Personally, I believe using live bait takes the art and skill out of bass fishing, which is why I use artificials 100% of the time.

Any color senko works great, but I persoanlly like the bubblegum color. Size 2 will work fine.
