I hear this crap all the time. It chaps me off. It's done at times, but i guarantee you if i am positive and can prove it i dang well will report it. I carry a camera with me at all times. You just never know. If i can prove it great,I'll report it and file a claim. If not, i will keep my mouth shut.

I bought two a while back and returned them. Took forever to charge. Not good when fishing a 2-3 day tournament. I ended up with the Sears batteries mentioned above and have had no issues with them.

Seldom do I have the rods I'm catching fish on out on the deck at the dock. Let them figure it out on their own.

Don't believe everything you see. Common practice to tie on another lure(s) before arriving at the dock. It's done all the time to throw off others.

Never had a problem with snaps. Don't use or own any.

BPS is known for under powering their boats. They do it to keep the price down. If you purchase one with a 40 or 50 that is rated for a 90 you will never be happy with the performance. Very little you can do other than re-powering to get it where it needs to be. Will be hard to sell if it is underpowered. Good luck.

Anytime you put a load on a motor it changes everything. Doubt it is the cable. What type of engine are you running and what size boat? Could be a number of things. Is the fuel system up to snuff? Are you running an additive, water seperator, etc.?

I'm back. Got in yersterday evening. Had a great time and met a very interesting girl named Roxi (What Else). Had a very interesting conversation with her last Tuesday night around 11:00 pm while out on my own. Thankfully, i told the wife about it when i returned to the room later. Thursday evening while walking with the wife we ran into her. she called me by name. Very glad i had mentioned her to the wife when I got back to the room that evening. I rubbed it in each time my wife left the room for work and even started asking if it was Roxi when the wife would knock on the door when she came in from work. The wife's boss called her on friday and ask her to go back out there in four weeks to do some more training for the critical care nures in the hospitals there. So i may be making the trip back with her in early september. We had a great time.

You can bet I'll be on sunset Beach up on the North Shore. The big waves are winter time though, plus, i ain't near good enough to tackle some of those monsters. . We will do some snorkeling though. Probably around Turkey Bay or close by there. Going to eat at Waleiava(Sic) Joes' on the North Shore. One of my favorite places. It's a quaint little place in the fishing village. Great atmosphere. Packed and ready. Headed to the airport at 6:00am sunday.

How far off the beach is it?

Going to make the rounds. Last trip we stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, but this time we are booked at the Sheraton Waikiki. The last trip 14 months ago was kinda a rush job. This one hopefully will include a few trips to the other islands. Would like to visit the lava flows and definitely going to go out on a fishing adventure. If anyone can recommend a good charter feel free to let me know. We are flying out Sunday morning at 9:35am. Thanks

I have to agree with Todd on the flat 3 amp fuses. I changed mine out a few weeks back. the round fuses definitely corrode up pretty quickly.
