All you have to do is notify them that you don't want any articles or books sent to your address. They will take you off the list and you will receive no more. All it took for me was a phone call and the lady said you can send a note to the circulation dept if you prefer. Nothing else will arrive with a later bill requesting payment. Not hard to get it stopped.

They were supposed to be included. Will let you know when they get here.

I have tried a couple of packs(Freebies) and have had no problem with them. Largest fish with them so far is a little over 5 and have seen no problem with the points bending. I would have to give them a grade of "A" at this point.

I just use a piece of tape. That way you don't have the knot in the spool to cause problems. Just make sure it is far enough down into the spool that you won't cast all the line off. i never tie the lines together on any of my reels.

If you just can't get it back together send it to me and I will reassemble it for you. No charge, just cover the shipping each way. Make sure the washers and spacers go back in sync. Go light on the oil.

Well it's obivious you posted this before you even talked to them. I don't agree with that process at all. Not fair to them. Companies don't need this. If I was them I'd be a little ticked.

just unhook the end by the motor and see if it frees up. That should tell you what you need to know.
