Does anyone use or have used in the past the Fenwick HMX rods? spinning or casting. I have been looking at them alot lately and need a little feedback. Thanks Jake

I said catch 50 averaged sized bass but i would also love to learn a new technique. Finding a C note wouldnt hurt either 8-).

This will be my first serious year of bass fishing so i cant wait to try everything ive learned from all of you guys in the past 3 months so heres some goals. 1) Learn to fish the c-rig properly. 2) Learn how to fish the right bait at the right time. 3) Catch a new PB of course. 4) Learn to use jigs properly. 5) Find new hotspots at the lake.

I wouldnt need 5 either. Baitcast: 7" H/F - c-rigs, topwaters 6'6 MH/F- T-rigs, spinner/ buzzbaits, crankbaits Spinning: 7" M/F- Shaky head, light fishing.

I dont think its looked at as having to switch hands after every cast. Its a habit and a part of fishing, you make a cast you switch hands and reel in. Its not a big deal if you've been doing it for years and years.

If you like Allstar and are looking for a rod for each application the Allstar Classic Series are awesome rods and they have them at academy for 50$.

Personally i wouldn't use 1 rod for both applications, i would get a rod for each. For a C-rig i would get a long rod 7'-7'6 Heavy/Fast action. For T-rigging i would get a 6'6-7' Medium Heavy/Fast action. For 100$ you have some choices. I have a Bionic Blade that was part of a combo i bought from BPS that i use for t rigs and its a good rod. It all depends on you and how you like the rod. If i was you i would go to a store (Bass Pro Shops, Cabelas etc.) and get your hands on some rods and see how you like them. I have been looking at the round reels lately and am thinking about buying one.Im looking in the 100$ range and have come across 1. Abu Garcia C4 2.Shimano Cardiff. I know there are alot of people who have owned or still own and use these reels on this forum so some feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Yea my brother just got back from the doctor and he too has the flu. I hope no one else gets it either. Im worried about work becuase im still on my probation period and i remember them saying i could miss 1 day and thats it. Do they consider it 1 incident? as in im sick and out for 2 or 3 days so thats 1 time or is it just 1 day? That was kind of a rhetorical question unless you want to answer.

Well i am home today with the flu and a 102.5 temperature and am not supposed to go back to work until Monday. I doubt that will happen, with all the bs ive been going through at work i cant afford to miss this many days or i will mostly likely be fired. Anyone else have the flu recently?

I was wondering if there is any huge differences in low pro and round reels. Is it just a new look with the same functions?

Revo S ;D. Its all a matter of opinion personally i like the revo S but there is also the shimano citica and a few others that are well worth 100$.
