I got snagged on a log and cut my line and lost one of my favorite rattle traps and a week or so later i came back to the same spot and hooked my old rattletrap and reeled them both in.

I KNEW IT!!!!! i thought maybe i was going crazy or something becuase i know i added songs to my ipod and then they are gone days later. I dont know why it happens but it keeps occuring. Anyone know a way to fix it?

I dont know many of you but i would fish with any and everyone here.

No matter how much money you spend on a reel it will not limit your backlashes, if you do not have an educated thumb it will happen. It takes practice practice and some more practice.1-250 dollars is alot of money to spend and you have a HUGE selection to choose from. My advice would be go to a tackleshop (basspro, cabelas or a local store) and get your hands on the reels your seriosuly looking at to make sure you like the weight and size and feel of them. Stick with brand names that deliver quality like Abu Garcia, Shimano, Daiwa etc. I have heard nothing but good reviews about the Revo STX and its priced at 200$. Good luck with whatever you pick.

Today was a better day, alooooot better, actually i had alot of fun at work. I asked tons of questions and learned alot and didnt make any mistakes. As far as the moving goes im pretty sure i will be moved next monday or the week after which i still dont like but as for now im happy. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, that is something i can remember and tell other people from now on, The only stupid questions are the ones you dont ask. Again thanks for the replies fellas.

I started a new job last Monday and it started out well. This monday i was moved right as i got comfortable with my original position and the people im workin with now that are supposed to be training me i dont think they know what that means. I do something wrong and they get mad about it and hound me but do not tell me how to fix the problem so it doesnt happen again so i dont see what im doing wrong. Come to find out today i might be moved again next monday and have to learn a position. I just needed to vent a little becuase im really starting to get mad. I hope things change soon cause im getting tired of it.

if you look close enough, those two pictures are of the same lake from the same angle, just different distances away. look at the rock structure and you'll see. still beautiful regardless. nice pics. I thought so but on the page i was lookin at it had them listed as 2 different lakes so i wasnt sure.

That first pic was from Yoho National Park in Canada. Makes me want to take a trip there. Heres a few more i have come across that amaze me. This is also in Canada along the rockies and this one im not sure where its at but i think its a good pic also.

I'm ashamed to say my last fish was in sept 07. I haven't been fishing since then and haven't even bought a license for 08. I really dont have an excuse other than work and mandatory overtime. No more excuses though i will find time!

I saw this picture and thought it is the most beautiful lake i have ever seen, imagine being in a boat down on the lake and looking around you and seeing that scenery. If you have any good lake pics post them.
