KVD hands down.I also like Cliff Pace because he lives about 5-8 miles from me.I taught school with his brother-in-law.BIL says he's gonna get him to take me fishing.He's just a good,ole country boy who knows his bassin'.

I'm using Big Game mono in 10 or 12 lb test.

I like graphite with a fast tip.

I use it on slow moving baits because it seems to disappear starting at about a foot or two under water(I fish on some pretty clear lakes and have observed this)IMO.

I use a SK Midnight Special.It has a black skirt(with a few strands of red),one Colorado blade that's a slightly smokey color.

My favorite top water is the floating minnow or jerkbait as the pros call it.My favs are the gold blk back orange belly Rogue,chrome blk back Rogue,chrome blue back Rogue,and the silver blk back Rapala original floater.

I caught and released 7 bass Sunday(03-16-08) ranging in size from 3-5 lbs.There was 1 one lber in the catch.Sorry,no pics,but this ain't no fishing tale.I caught them using an Original Rapala Floater in silver/blk back.I was in slightly stained 59 degree water from 3-5 feet.My technique was to cast and reel in like I would a crankbait.I was fishing a big grassy,stumpy flat with two big ditches running the length and meeting about half way down the flat.Also a dummy line littered with stumps ran about 3/4 of the way down.It was my besy day so far this year.

I agree that he's a legend in pro golf,but my vote goes to Michael Jordan.

I'm a catch and release guy,but I'll keep a few small ones from time to time to fry up.My biologist at my favorite lake says this helps the population more than just total C and R.

It changes by season.Right now it's prespawn on my lake and a suspending jerkbait followed closly by a shallow crankbait are my favs.In a few weeks it'll be a spinnerbait followed even closer by a lizard.

I use Rat-L-Traps mostly when I do use them at all.Not a big fan of Lipless cranks.

My favorite bassin' outing was when I took my wife fishing with me when she was pregnant with our first baby.She was big as a pumpkin,and I drug her out on a lake in a canoe.Ended up catching 33 bass(mostly 12-14 inch range).No lunkers but a lot of fun catching these little,ole bass.Caught them all in an area about 20 yds long.They were stacked up like cordwood!She caught 17,and I caught 16.That girl could fish a Texas rigged plastic worm!

I voted Largemouth bass,but on second thought a striper is a hard fighting fish.

No 4 legged dogs,but I've had a few fishing partners whose fishing was for the dogs.They probably thought the same about me.

I caught an 18 1/2 inch football yesterday(02-11-08) on a Rogue suspending jbait(gold-blackback-orange).It was highly stained from rain in an area with humps.Caught her in 11 feet of water.

I skipped winter fishing this year,but it's feb and I'm already catching 'em.

My second favorite hobby is playing guitar.I started when I was 8 years old and I'll be 50 in May.I play a red Stratocaster and a black Les Paul that I just bought 6 months ago.I also own 4 or 5 old no name guitars that I mess around with.I was given a 40+ year old Harmony ax that really sounds good after I replaced the pickups.It is a good one for playing blues fingerstyle.

You should be a writer.I thought the incident happened to you!Man,what a shame for the lady.I can't imagine what I'd do in that guy's place.I'd hope the right thing.
