  1. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think that you are talking about the same shirt. Those new tourney shirts run about $130. I saw some at the classic by Stratos. They want come out unitl next year, I think.
  2. I think if you are trying to locate fish together, he shouldn't get mad if you beat him to the spot. Make sure you clear this up before you pre-fish. If you get the sense that it's not ok, go pre-fish by yourself. He may be trying to see what baits you are going to use, especially if you are getting bites. Think about this, he pulls up in a spot and you start fishing. You start to get bit on a certain lure. He switches and start catching fish.
  3. No comment >
  4. I have not towed a boat that size but I know one advatage was when a friend and I fish private lakes with no ramps he has an easier time loading his boat than I. He has a 21ft Triton. If its stability in rough water you are lookig at, I would go with a Ranger.
  5. Good job, getting a good firm grip on the lower lip is the biggest key.
  6. There will be bigger ones
  7. Really, all these big fish are making me want to pick-up and move the family. May have to go off-shore to catch me some big fish, but it's not the same. Nice fish > Oh and welcome aboard ;D
  8. x2 but look out for lightning
  9. What size are you looking for. I own a 150-Vmax Yamaha and have not heard anything bad about them.
  10. Congrats to the Lady Vols

    OOH RAH
  12. Don't know what size boat you have, now, but in all honesty I don't really see the purpose of a boat over 18.6 ft. Unless, you fish tournaments on big water. I have a 2005 18.6 ft Stratos with a 150 Yammy. I have fished off of 21ft Rangers and Tritons and other than speed, no big difference. As for as storage goes, I am reorganizing and getting rid of a lot of junk and sticking to those colors that consistently work. Just because you have an 18 or 21 footer, don't mean you can catch fish.
  13. Get some pics of the cottonmouth
  14. Nice fish, one day your son will really thank you.

    Welcome to the site
  16. Nice color on those fish
  17. Nice fish, not much bedding going on around here, either.
  18. Those are some nice fish. I'm a little envious of your granddaughter, she has a DD. I wish we could get the hydrilla back in the lake that I like to fish. One year it was everywhere and the next year it was gone within 1 to 2 weeks.
  19. Beware of the BaitMonkey, x2. Be thankful that you are able to fish year round, I know I am. You can never learn enough and this is a great place to start.

    Welcome aboard and good luck
  21. Only thing that I would change would be spending money on useless fishing lures. Oh, and I would have bought a house with a bigger garage.
  22. Welcome back
  23. There's the winner. MASTERBAITERS
