Bps A/m24 Life Vest Inflates At The Wrong Time!!
Take it to BPS, they'll probably either exchange it, or rearm it. You might want to upgrade to a Mustang. I've had my HIT model for three years, only time it inflated is when I tested it out in the neighbor's pool, and when my buddy turtled a kayak wearing it.

What To Keep Caught Fish In?
That's correct. Many trophy hunters prefer to return the biggest fish back to the lake, with the hope of it getting even bigger.

Gut-Hooked Fish: Pull It Out Or Leave It In????
No. I've caught deep hooked fish, where someone left the hook. What it does is prevent them from being able to swallow food. They are usually skinny. having kept fish for years, that takes weeks for a fish to get skinny. If I can get the hook out, I do. Another issue I've seen, especially n smallmouth for some reason, is hooks stuck in the fish's rear end. I can imagine that started in the fishes stomach, and made it's way there through natural digestion. So, hooks don't dissolve. Your friend is wrong. Get them out.

Gut-Hooked Fish: Pull It Out Or Leave It In????
Sure there is, Eagle Claw LMAO!!! Kidding....modern hooks are really bullet proof, and don't rust, let alone dissolve very easily.

Gut-Hooked Fish: Pull It Out Or Leave It In????
That isn't true. It's an old wives tale.

Daiwa Alphas/sol 5.8:1
It would increase IPT by nothing. Handle length has nothing to do with the equation. It's gear ratio and spool circumference that affects ITP.

The Economy
OK, I don't understand......why sell low? I learned to buy low and sell high. Selling at a loss doesn't make sense to me. When a stock slips below what I bought in at, I generally buy more of it. To me, that's an opportunity, not a reason to panic and get out. Maybe I'm weird?

What To Do When Someone Steals Your Spot?
I fish some very crowded river banks for trout in the winter. It's bad form to edge in on someone that was obviously staked out on a spot. The notion that you don't own the lake, and anyone can fish that spot is silly. Imagine if we drove on the freeway like that? Some guys don't know this, and the fact that he had kids with him was an opportunity to politely educate him. After that, I'd invite him and his boys over and spread them out a bit, and try to put them on some fish. When you correct someone, you have to make a positive experience, otherwise they won't listen.

What To Keep Caught Fish In?
I think I'm missing some info.....keeping for what purpose? The answer to that question will have a lot to do with what you want to use.

High Power Herring
The fast sinks I have really allow me to burn the bait, and keep it down in that "iffy, tough to see the bait" zone that works so well with spinnerbaits. That could be as shallow as 4' deep in the Dump, or as deep as 8 in a clearer lake. I'll keep the split shot trick in mind.... Weighting line with moving baits - not sure I should let the cat out of the bag on that one. I'll let you guys figure that out :X Thanks Randall for posting up. To be clear, my fast sinks aren't all that fast, not as fast as a Mattlure Hardgill or bass. The slow sink is probably the bait I'll use the most. It's too much fun watching the fish rise and take the bait.

Your Top 3 - Summer 2011
Well, I won Erie with a drop shot plastic worm, in 38' water. I came in second on Port bay using crankbaits and swimbaits early in the day, and a jig later. Some of my biggest bass have come on jigs, super deep cranks, swimbaits, and t-rigged creature/craws, so I guess its "all of the above." I fish so many diverse waters, it's not always about what is the "hot bait." There isn't much you can do about stingy fish in 40' of water. Likewise, you can't crank in super shallow slop. Find the bass, and let the situation choose your bait.

What message is that? Don't ever treat us like you did in 2008. It's retaliation. Sure, they justify it all they want, but in the end that's what it is. They were irresponsible then, and are now.
