Which Steez?
And I had eliminated the 6.3 from the debate from the get go. Unless you are going to use it for moving baits, get the faster reel.

Help me choose a line for my 6'6 xf M Zillion Rods
I wouldn't use braid with jerkbaits or topwaters without some sort leader to prevent tangles. My preference overall would be for 10-12# CXX.

Which Steez?
I think you are mistaken. The STEEZ103SHA and STEEZ100SHA have the SAME IPT, 29.8. The difference is in the line capacities. Unless I was doing shorter casts, I'd be using the higher capacity reel. See for yourself: http://www.daiwa.com/reel/detail.aspx?id=432

Which Steez?
Actually, the original question was about a baitcaster..... ;D The CI4 2500 twists a bit more than any Daiwa I've used, and requires a tiny bit more effort, due to 6:1 gearing. The IPT is aonly slightly more than a Daiwa 2500 with an ACS spool, since the spool diameter is larger. The main deal with the CI4 is weight, or lack of.

Bought a new reel... some observations...
No, I merely pointed out where the differences lie. I prefer a reel with very little effort, though I will say that I appreciate the added inches per turn I get from my CI4 for deep water presentations and smallies. I'd much rather use that than something much, much slower, like Pfueger President.

Yes. Take the rotor of ANY spinning reel. 9/10 times, when you turn the reel, it will be rough. It has to do with the mechanics of using a crown gear. Older reels, like a D.A.M. Quick that use a true worm drive don't do this.

Which Steez?
Truth is, they are less than $500. If you're patient, you can find them for around $350 in the "barely used" market.

Rainbow
Very nice. Ever do any that actually resemble a rainbow smolt, like this: http://plan-b.smugmug.com/Family/Fishing-Journal/IMG4931/724721407_3J9SQ-L.jpg

For those of us not throwing a jig/trailer combo
Hmmmm.....I wonder if a swimming jig ever looks like a swimming crayfish, or if a feeding baitfish looks like a jig on the bottm. Something to ponder before young minds make generalizations about fishing. Anyway, a pitch or a flip is JUST A TYPE OF CAST!!!!!. Just cast the jig to your target in what ever way is easiest. Its what you do the instant the bait hits the water that gets bit.

A must read for Team Pampers!
That's interesting, you learn something new everyday, I wasn't aware that Pennsylvania was exempt from any child labor laws and didn't recognize federal minimum wage in 1981. You apparently never worked for family. I started at my family's restaurant at 11.

Paddletail Swimbaits
To get the full hook out of the back of the bait, and into fishes mouth, doesn't the weight have to go through the bottom of the bait, and sometimes through the top of the bait? Correct me if I'm wrong, as it's been a long time since I've thrown it with a keel weighted hook. The Owner hook sort of solves that issue with a ridiculous gap. The plastic swings down the round bend, and out of the way, leaving at least 5/8" or better on the 6/0 hook with most baits. There's still some leverage allowed, but like Matt said, "crank 'em in!"

Polarized Lens tints???
In general terms, match tint to water color. I have three pairs of sunglasses, yellow for low light, amber no mirror for muddy, dark water, and blue/blue mirror big clear water.

Paca Craw presentation
I guess I don't find much difference in either, though I prefer to use the Ragetail product. I just "like it better" and I feel like I fish better with it. Now, there are times when things seem like NEITHER would work. Then I move to something with LESS action. Something subtle.

Which Steez?
Gimme a break, unless you've used one, and have the means, you don't have any business answering. There actually are some subtle differences here worth noting, other than being crazy expensive. I'd want the help before spending the coin on one. I would use the faster reel, though I might go with the STEEZ100SHA with added line capacity, unless you are just pitching to short targets.

Bought a new reel... some observations...
It better not, or those gears will wear out quick. ******************* Keep in mind, those reels all have various mass to the rotor. I believe they also have different gear ratios. Both contribute to torque, or retrieve effort.

Paddletail Swimbaits
I don't use braid, 12# CXX works great for me. The Owner hooks are excellent.

Baitcast skipping rod?
I don't use anything that small on docks. For 1/2 oz. and larger, I use my flipping stick, a 7-6 XH/Mod-Fast. The "skip" is a backhand pitch skip cast. I find the length helps with getting tip velocity.

Hola!
Very good to hear from you. Happy Holidays!

I got ripped off
Didn't your mom tell you that you are what you eat?

Baitcast skipping rod?
Skipping what? For the most part, its the same rod I use for that bait anyway.

Ever know anybody like this ???
I use flouro, mono, copoly, and braid. With the exception of treble hook baits, I whale on my fish, relatively speaking. Since I have the drag set appropriately for each setup, I don't break off very much at all. I think I broke off twice last year. Both were my fault for not retying.

What hook to use in monster worms...
I've never had an issue with standard 5/0 worm hooks, and 10" or bigger worms. You match gap to the width of the bait, not the length. I don't use EWG at all for worms. My favorite option in heavy cover is a straight shank hook.
