Angled tacklebox dividers
Plano use to make them for all types of lures. Not sure if they still do, but you could always try their site.

Search feature not working.
When you type in the search box, what does it say to the left? I just searched for the word SEARCH, and this thread was the first return from the query. I searched with "All Content" listed to the left as my filter.

Exactly!

How do you feel about swivels?
I love saying this, too. However, I also fish for steelhead in winter, and the terminal rigging for a float setup can have 5 knots. These are fish that regularly go over 10 lbs., and I typically use no more than 8# main, and 2-6 lb. leader. Yes, the long float rod absorbs a ton of stress and I don't make jarring hooksets, but I guess the point is, MAKE SURE YOUR KNOTS ARE WELL TIED, AND TEST THEM.

If you use a swivel to make the leader connection, thread a 6mm plastic bead onto the mainline before tying the swivel. This will help protect the tip top ring if you reel up too far.

Expensive Rods as a Co-Angler?
My gear is almost always of a higher quality than any of my boating partners. It's not a reflection of skill, status, or ability. It's just my preference to use mid to high end gear.

Where's All The Angling Guitar Players?
You will develop finger strength and dexterity with practice. You might want a tech to take a look at the setup as well - might be too high. You can drop down a gauge for strings, but really you should be able to play it with any gauge.

Flick Shake rod...ML or M spinning rod
Depends on the size weight. I use both medium, and ML.

Kayak Keel Protect?
My boat has a built in sacrificial chunk of hard plastic at the keel. Wears out - just replace the $10 part. Otherwise, I only add fish slime to my hull.

Why I am a better ________ angler than you are!
I like a working flasher, too. It's what I learned on. There's really nothing as fast. The RTS bar on H'birds is close, but still not the same.

Fishing Pressure Recovery
You could go with the opposite expected result there, if you assume that the fish you DIDN'T remove never saw a bait. You're expected result is based on the assumption that the fish not removed refused the bait. Just another idea about this. Personally, unless it's a pretty small body of water, fishing pressure has a small effect. I fish Conesus quite a bit, and there's pretty much at least one (several on the weekend) tournament a day there, plus tons of recreational anglers. The fish are big, and usually bite pretty well. The challenge isn't finding "unpressured" fish, it's finding the biters.

Show your ride...
Yeah, I don't remember the details. It was weird to see the reg numbers on the side...

Ahh, didn't know that. Cool.

Yes, there are a couple places where even a kayak has to be registered. I can't remember where - NJ maybe? There's a couple guys on the Wildy Pro Team with me that have to do it, and they do not have motors.
-

There's at least a few states that require registration for all watercraft.

Avids are SCIII, not quite the same...they are lighter, and a little crisper feeling.

Look at the Eyecon Series. I have a couple spinning rods from that line, and they're great for "bass" fishing even though they are marketed as "walleye" rods. Price is right, SCII graphite, and nice components.

My Bullet 21XDC with a modded ProMax 2.5 w/a 28P cupped and plugged Trophy does about 79, loaded with gear, gas, and two people. 83-84 solo, empty. The hull is under 1300 lbs. I literally RIP by guys with "70s boats" in tournaments, and I'm not even WOT most of the time. Lots of efficiant hulls, with nice ride quality, but some of the claims guys make are like fish stories. There's some good GPS based velocity apps out there for your phone. Let your copilot run it, you drive, and you'll see the real numbers. I know I thought 75 mph must have been like 90 mph the first time I ran my boat WOT, lol.

Which line for spinnerbaits?
I don't find northern pike a huge problem with spinnerbaits, as far as break offs go. The wire acts as it's own defense. I lose a couple baits now and again, but it isn't like it is with other baits.

Fishing Pressure Recovery
How do you know they aren't biting because of "fishing pressure?"
